A rarely sighted bird is the Jingle Whoo. Once seen in parliament across the white tipped and blanketed hills, vales and woodlands of JingleNog, the Jingle Whoo who possesses a uniquely distinct falsetto’d whoo never was fond of an audience...
Signs of Autumn call,
the turning of the harvest leaves,
so many color options ever changing for a painter’s oiled palette mix,
overflowing in Mother Nature’s alphabet...
but the one that signifies autumn most is pumpkin,
pure,
punkie,
and evergreen.
Wintertime at Holly Bird & Vine,
the shop windows all shine with freshly painted signs,
while families bringing home their fresh cut pines.
The street is lined with twinkling lights,
holiday strollers out until the late of night,
caroling with their jingle bells,
the chestnut vendor’s lovely smell,
the street lamps are all decked out,
spreading joy is what the Christmas season is all about.
Wintertime on Holly Bird & Vine,
time to celebrate and to meditate,
on the hope and joy that the season brings.
Let’s keeping the spirit there throughout the year.
