How can I make returns or exchanges?
JingleNog.com purchases are accepted for credit or exchange within 14 days from the date of shipment and accompanied by a sales receipt. A refund will be made to the purchaser upon request if payment has been received. Gift recipients are entitled to a nonrefundable merchandise credit. Return requests may be sent to our Customer Service at firstname.lastname@example.org. Or contact us at (914)219-5395. Unless it's a quality related return, the customer is responsible for shipping all returns. If you exchange products the shipping for the first delivery will not be refunded. However, you will not be charged for the second delivery. Only one exchange per initial purchase will be honored.
