How will my order be shipped?

We ship all orders by UPS. For any questions contact us at info@jinglenog.com

How long will it take to get my  purchases?

We do our best to get all of our orders shipped out as soon as we can, usually within 48 hours. You will receive an email with the tracking information once your shipment is sent out.

Will my items be gift wrapped?

All JingleNog ornament and finial purchases arrive packed in our gift box. We think our box is wonderful, and we believe in recycling so we do not add any further gift wrap.

How do I qualify for Free Shipping?

All orders with value above $100.00 qualify for free shipping via UPS Ground within the continental United States. This is automatic, you do not need to do anything. Your shipping chages will be taken off your shopping cart totals when you check out.
