Oh Gloria, sparkling clustered crystal stones you do bear,
Oh Gloria, hold you up to the light to share,
glory in thy sight,
jewels placed just right,
glittering winter whites,
silvered pleasant oval of the morning, midday and night.
A Tzarina once they say kissed thee,
she held you on her bended knee,
praying for a Tzaravich to bear.
A Tzarevena came instead to her care,
whose golden locks and sparkling eyes,
left all that saw her in great awe.
They named her Gloria,
may her triumph ever reign.
Oh Gloria, beauty is they name,
Oh Gloria, to behold and to bestow,
Oh Gloria, we will never know,
how does one see the world from your spot on the throne or tree?
