a favorite of every shop keep,
and church member,
this red suited fellow,
in his holiday splendor.

His is rather stout,
of that there is not doubt,
but this gent’s appeal never wears out,
he’s what we all talk about,
while he checks the lists and then maps out,
his holiday route.

May your holiday be merry, bright and gay,
he soon will be coming your way,
